Toronto Arrows Supporters Club

The Official Supporters Club. So there!

Meet Up Plans!

So tomorrow is the first home game of the season, and we are all psyched for the game.  We are hoping for a strong turnout from all of the supporters club members, and we have a banner and printed towels to show the team our support.

The pre-game meetup will start from 11:00am at Shopsy’s (Shopsy’s Sports Grill York U, 4700 Keele St, Toronto, Ontario M3J 1P3).  There is a facebook event page for more information (https://www.facebook.com/events/361544914472971/)

We plan to eat and drink there and then – as a club – head over to the match between 1 and 1:30.

DISCOUNT!!  We have agreed a 10% discount with Shopsy’s for supporters club members, and while we are still finishing the membership cards up, you will need to liaise with one of the board members to get your discount applied to your bill.  The board members are Stuart Aldridge, Chris Kreasul, Mark Butt and Mike Brown – we will all be there tomorrow.

The seating is general admission for the game so we aren’t quite sure where in the ground we’ll base ourselves, but we can work that out when we get there.  Probably as close to the front, centre field as we can get.
After the game, we will return to Shopsy’s.

NOTE: Shopsy’s is also the venue for that Arrows’ own post-match chill, so we are expecting some good opportunities to meetup with players and staff from the club after the game and they have had a chance to debrief.

Please keep an eye on our Twitter feed for any last minute changes to this plan.   www.twitter.com/torontoarrowssc

ADVICE

– The parking is pretty limited around the ground apparently.  The TTC 407 subway station is only one stop North and there is lots of parking there.

– The food service will probably be busy at Shopsy’s so if you are going to eat, order early!  🙂

– Don’t forget your season ticket for the game.  Download it to your phone.

– Wear your Arrows gear and make some serious noise!

Here’s looking forward to a great game!  See you there.
The TASC team.
